Revo processes the last 50 received emails and the last 50 sent emails when building initial context for automatic email drafting.
This typically takes about 5 minutes after you first connect your inbox.
When to expect drafts: Revo drafts responses when the sender is expecting a reply.
If drafts still don't appear after the initial processing window, verify the integration is active in Settings β Integrations and reconnect if needed.

When you first sign up for Revo, you'll be prompted to connect your Gmail or Outlook account as part of the onboarding flow. This connection is essential for Revo to access your emails and automatically draft intelligent responses based on your full business context.
Simply follow the on-screen prompts to authenticate with your email provider.
Connect or Reconnect Manually
If you need to reconnect your email account later, follow these steps:
Click on your team name in the top-left corner of the screen, then select Settings.
In the Settings menu, click on Integrations.
Click the Add Integration button in the top-right corner of the screen.
Use the search bar to find Gmail or Outlook, then click to connect (or disconnect/reconnect if you're troubleshooting).
Follow the OAuth prompts to grant Revo access to your email account.
