Overview
Credits are how you use Revo. Every time you ask Revo to do something for you — chat, generate a draft, execute an action item, or run a workflow — it spends credits. This article explains how many credits you get, how they renew, and what they're used for.
Credits included in your plan
Every plan comes with a monthly allowance of credits. These credits refresh at the start of each billing month.
Monthly plan credits do not roll over. Any credits you haven't used by the end of the month are not carried into the next month — you simply start fresh with your full monthly allowance.
Here's what each plan includes per month:
Light — 150 credits / month
Starter — 300 credits / month
Professional — 500 credits / month
Enterprise — 1,500 credits / month
Buying extra credits
If you need more than your monthly allowance, you can purchase additional credits at any time. As a reference, $10 gets you 300 credits. If you have a promo code, you can apply it at checkout.
Unlike monthly plan credits, purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They don't expire at the end of the month, so they're a good way to top up if your usage varies or spikes occasionally.
Your monthly plan credits are always used first, so your purchased credits are only drawn down once your monthly allowance runs out.
What uses credits
Credits are spent whenever Revo does something for you. This includes:
Chatting with Revo — every message where you ask Revo something.
Executing action items — when Revo carries out a task it has surfaced for you.
Generating drafts via the Chrome extension — each draft Revo writes for you inside your inbox.
Running workflows — each time a workflow runs and Revo performs the work.
See your usage as you go. Revo shows the estimated credit cost in real time — per message and per conversation — so you can keep an eye on what you're spending while you work.
What happens when you run out of credits
When your credits run out, Revo stops performing new actions, but you don't lose access to your existing work:
Chat: you can still read all of your past conversations, but you can't send new messages to Revo until you have credits again. The same applies anywhere you talk to Revo.
Action items: Revo still identifies and surfaces action items for you — it just can't execute them until you have credits.
Drafts and workflows: generating new drafts and running workflows pauses until credits are available.
Your monthly credits refresh at the start of your next billing month. If you need capacity sooner, you can buy additional credits at any time, or contact our support team to find the right plan for your usage.
