Revo offers three pricing tiers designed to scale with your needs, from individual intelligence to enterprise-wide automation. Choose the plan that fits your team size and collaboration requirements.


Available Plans

Starter Plan

$22.50/seat/month (billed annually)

The Starter plan is designed for solo users who want to build personal intelligence.

Best for: Solo users managing their own workflow and inbox.

Key features:

  • 1 managed inbox/calendar with personal context

  • Meeting recorder with transcript, summary, search, and action items

  • Limited to personal integrations

  • Native Documents with semantic search

  • Unlimited chat with Revo default LLM

  • Personal Intelligence and context only

Professional Plan

$37.50/seat/month (billed annually)

The Professional plan unlocks team intelligence and automation, building on everything in the Individual plan.

Best for: Groups of 2 to 50 people who need shared context and workflows.

Everything from the Starter plan, plus:

  • Slack access and integration

  • Team and Personal Integrations (50+)

  • Unlimited Workflows and Automations

  • Specialist onboarding session with 12h support SLA

  • Company and Team Intelligence

Enterprise Plan

Custom pricing (billed annually)

The Enterprise plan is built for large organizations requiring advanced security, scale, and customization, with everything from the Professional plan.

Best for: More than 50 people with advanced compliance and support needs.

Everything from Professional plan, plus:

  • Automated team setup with SSO and SCIM

  • Dedicated onboarding sessions for your teams

  • Team, Personal, and custom integrations

  • Dedicated Forward Deployment Engineer with 2-hour support SLA

  • Bring your own LLM key

Free Trial

All plans include a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. You select a plan when you sign up, but you will not be charged until your trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial with no obligation.

How to start:

  1. Click Start free trial under your preferred plan

  2. Create your account and connect your email (no credit card needed)

  3. Explore Revo's features risk-free for 7 days

Important: Choosing a plan during sign-up does not mean you are subscribing or paying. It simply selects which features you will have access to during your free trial. You will only be charged after the 7-day trial period, and only if you choose to continue.


How to Choose a Plan

Start with Starter if:

  • You're working solo or managing only your own inbox

  • You need personal Intelligence Modules and meeting transcripts

  • You want to explore Revo's capabilities before expanding to your team

Upgrade to Professional if:

  • Your team (2-50 people) needs shared intelligence across multiple inboxes

  • You want to build Company Intelligence Modules

  • You need unlimited workflows, Slack integration, and team context

Request Enterprise if:

  • You have more than 50 users

  • You require SSO, SCIM, dedicated support, and custom integrations

  • You need advanced security, compliance, or deployment options


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. However, you cannot downgrade to the Starter plan if your team has more than one user, as the Individual plan is designed for solo users only. For teams with multiple users, you must remain on the Professional or Enterprise plan.

Is there a trial period before I have to pay?

Yes. All plans (Starter, Professional, and Enterprise) offer a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. When you sign up, you select a plan to determine which features you can access during the trial, but you will not be charged anything. You only pay if you choose to continue after the trial ends.

Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?

No. You can start your 7-day free trial without entering any payment information. You will only need to provide payment details if you decide to continue using Revo after the trial period.

Why do I need to choose a plan if the trial is free?

Selecting a plan during sign-up determines which features you can access during your trial. For example, the Professional plan includes Slack integration and team intelligence, while the Starter plan focuses on personal use. Choosing a plan does not commit you to paying. You can switch plans or cancel at any time during the trial.

How does annual billing work?

You pay once per year on a per-seat basis. Your renewal date is one year from your initial purchase.

Can I add more users to my Professional plan?

Yes. Each additional user is billed at the same per-seat rate ($37.50/seat/month annually).

Can I pay monthly instead of annually?
