Action Item Chat: Plans, Sub-Agents, and Suggested Replies
The action item chat panel is now significantly more capable.
Submit a plan: Compose a plan in the chat panel and Revo will execute it — running multi-step sub-agents to complete the work on your behalf.
Suggested replies: The chat panel surfaces reply suggestions so you can respond or redirect with a single click.
See the agent work in real time: A live activity overlay shows what Revo is doing, including nested sub-agent tool calls, as it runs.
Stop at any point: The stop button now interrupts tool execution and sub-agents mid-run, not just the top-level response.
Deep-Link to Any Action Item
Action items now have shareable URLs. Use
?openChatto open directly to the chat panel, or?autoSendto fire a message automatically on arrival.Google Meet, Granola & Circleback Now Live
All three external notetaker integrations are now available. Connect any of them under Settings → Integrations to pull meeting notes and transcripts into Revo automatically.
Rebuilt Draft Engine
Draft generation has been rebuilt with intent detection and a full rewrite pass — producing replies that are more contextually accurate and better matched to your writing style.
Company Glossary
Define company-specific terms, acronyms, and names. Revo applies the glossary consistently across summaries, drafts, and action items. Find it under Settings → Company.
Download Source Files
A download endpoint lets you pull source artifacts — transcripts, attachments, and recordings — directly from any meeting.
Slack Bot Auto-Deploy to Public Channels
The Revo Slack bot now auto-deploys to public channels — no manual invite required.
Gmail Extension Stays in Sync
Email settings now sync with the Gmail extension automatically when you switch browser tabs, so changes take effect without a manual refresh.

Public Meeting Sharing
Share a meeting with anyone, even people outside your workspace, using a public link.
Create a link: Open any meeting and generate a public share link in one click.
What recipients see: People without a Revo account can view the meeting summary and key details. Sensitive details like internal identifiers and recording URLs stay private.
Regenerate or revoke: Replace a link to invalidate the old one, or revoke a link instantly if you no longer want it accessible.
Tone of Voice That Knows Your Relationships
Revo now adapts how it writes based on who you are writing to, not just a global style.
Relationship-aware drafts: Revo pulls each recipient's relationship and history from your memory — frequency of contact, formality of past threads, role and seniority — and adapts the draft accordingly.
Same prompt, different voice: The same "follow up on the call" instruction produces a tighter, executive-style ping for one contact and a warmer, narrative follow-up for another.
Grounded in historical exchanges: Revo references prior threads with that person so drafts pick up the cadence and references you have already established.
On-Demand Drafts in the Gmail Extension
A new Generate / Re-generate draft button inside the Gmail extension.
Generate on the spot: Ask Revo for a reply directly inside Gmail, without leaving the message.
Re-generate: Don't like the draft? Tap re-generate to get a fresh take — shorter, longer, different angle.
External Meeting Imports — Upload Audio or Video
Bring meetings Revo did not attend live into your workspace by uploading the recording.
Audio or video: Drop in a recording in any common audio or video format.
Same output as a recorded meeting: You get the transcript, summary, and action items just like for a meeting Revo joined live.
External Meeting Imports — Sync From Your Notetaker
Pull meetings in automatically from your existing notetaker — no manual upload.
Available now: Fireflies, tl;dv, Fathom, Granola, Google Meet, Circleback.
Connect once: Once connected, new meetings flow into Revo automatically with transcript, summary, and action items.
Better Email Drafts
Drafts now arrive with the full email context, not just the body.
Subjects and recipients shown: Every draft now displays its subject line and full To / Cc recipient list before you send.
Latest drafts on your homepage: Quick access to the most recent drafts Revo prepared, right from the home screen, alongside your action items.
Auto Language for Meetings
A new Auto option for meeting summary language.
Detect and summarise in the spoken language: Revo identifies the language of the meeting and writes the summary in that language.
Automatic translation when needed: When mixed languages are spoken, Revo handles translation automatically so the summary stays consistent.
Chat Accepts Every File Type You'd Expect
Thread uploads in chat now go well beyond the previous whitelist.
What you can drop in: PDFs, spreadsheets, slides, images, code files, archives, transcripts, and more.
Used as context: Revo reads the file and uses it as context for the rest of the conversation.
PDF + Upload Views in the Google Drive Picker
Attaching files via Google Drive is no longer limited to native Google Docs.
Pick PDFs: PDFs stored in Drive are selectable directly from the picker.
Upload view: Use the upload view to add new files to Drive in the same flow.
Action Item Email Frequency
Control how often Revo emails you about new action items.
Choose your cadence: Every action, daily digest, weekly digest, or never.
Manage settings: Click your profile → Notifications → Action items.
Image Generation for Agents
Agents can now produce images directly as part of their output.
What they can make: Simple diagrams, mockups, and visuals.
Delivered as attachments: Generated images come back as downloadable attachments you can drop into emails, docs, or chats.

Action Items, refined
Working through action items is now faster and more flexible.
Chat directly on a card: Open an inline chat panel on any action item to ask Revo questions, request changes, or get more context without leaving the card.
Skip with feedback: When an action item is not relevant, skip it and tell Revo why. Your feedback improves what Revo surfaces next time.
Email frequency settings: Choose how often you want action item emails. Every action, a daily digest, a weekly digest, or never.
Richer cards: Action items now embed richer content directly in the card. Previews, structured summaries, and quick actions to take.
Manage settings: Click your profile → Notifications → Action items.

Major Integrations Expansion
Revo can now pull context from far more of your stack.
CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio
Calls and meetings: Gong, Outlook Calendar
Legal: Clio
And more: Additional integrations across project management, support, and communication tools. 19 new integrations in this batch.
Smart Tool Detection
Revo now recognises automated notifications from common SaaS tools by their sender domain. For example, a notification from noreply@hubspot.com is recognised as HubSpot. These are routed and processed differently from personal email, reducing noise in your inbox.
Upload Meetings
You can now upload audio or video recordings of meetings Revo did not attend live, and get the same summary, transcript, and action items as a recorded meeting.

Personalised Prompt Library
Every time you sign in, Revo suggests three personalised prompts based on your latest meetings, messages, and tickets, right on the home page. People and Org Chart
You can now build a detailed map of your team. Click your Team Name → People to see all coworkers in your organisation using Revo. When you invite or edit a member, add their job position and role, location and department, manager, and start date. This helps Revo understand your team's responsibilities so it can better route tasks and provide context on who is on what.
Cleaner sidebar for new teams
For new teams, Projects and Issues are now disabled by default to keep the interface simple. To turn them on or off, click your Team Name → Settings → General Settings and use the toggle.
