This change improves reliability, gives you finer control over permissions, and allows Revo to handle email and calendar data more intelligently.

We have added a new Prompt Library directly to your home page. Every time you sign in, Revo suggests three personalized prompts based on your latest meetings, messages, and tickets.
These suggestions help Revo do the work for you with just one click.
The prompts update every two hours and immediately after you finish a meeting, so they are always relevant to your current focus.

People and Org Chart :
You can now build a much more detailed map of your team to help everyone stay aligned.Where to go:
Click on your Team Name at the top left of your screen to open the main menu.
Click on People to see all the coworkers in your organization using Revo.
Click on Settings at the top right of the "People" screen to see the full list of users and edit their information.
New details:
When you invite or edit a member, you can now add:
Their job position and role.
Where they are located and their department.
Who they report to (their manager).
The date they started at the company.
Why it matters:
This helps Revo understand your team's responsibilities so it can better route tasks and provide context on "Who is on What".
General UI Improvements:
We have made changes to the left sidebar to help you stay focused on the tools you actually use.
Cleaner default: For new teams, the Projects and Issues features are disabled by default to keep the interface simple.
How to change it: If you want to use Revo for project management, or if you want to turn these off to use another project management tool like Jira for example, follow these steps:
Click on your Team Name at the top left of your screen to open the main menu.
Click on Settings.
In the General Settings, you can turn Issues and Projects on or off using the toggle switch.
